Our 33-Point Service
What we check and Top-off
The automatic transmission, is one of the hardest working components in your vehicle. Over time, the additives in the fluid break down, and it doesn't properly lubricate and cool the parts within. Our experience shows, that by changing your automatic transmission fluid every 15,000 miles, will help to significantly extend the life of your transmission.
Over time, antifreeze becomes depleted and corrosive. Our experience shows it should be maintained at specific mileage intervals, to maintain the system. You vehicles cooling system uses fluid called coolant/antifreeze, which is mixed with water to keep your engine running cool in the summer and from freezing in the winter. We check this fluid as part of our service to ensure it is maintained to the proper fluid mixture.
Your vehicles drive belts are a critical component to your vehicle. Without the drive belt, your alternator would not spin to supply your car with power, you would not have power steering and in some cases your A/C would not work. We check your drive belt(s) every time to make sure your vehicle is safe on the road.
Why Change them?
Your vehicles wiper blades help to improve visibility when it is raining, and remove debris when your windshield is dirty. Oilstop inspects and offers replacement wiper blades; they come with a six month warranty and free installation and start at just $10.99.
Changing your vehicles radiator cap
Your vehicles radiator cap seals the cooling system and prevents the coolant from boiling over. Over time the seals in the radiator cap deteriorate and the cooling system no longer holds pressure. We inspect this cap for cracks and wear and offer replacements that have a one-year warranty. Replacement caps start at $10.99
What your vehicles Cabin Filter does
The Cabin Air Filter filters the air coming in to the vehicles cabin. Whether you are running the A/C or the Heater, the cabin air filter keeps dirt, pollen and other contaminants from outside the cabin. Over time the filter becomes dirty and prevents the filter from preforming its intended task. We inspect this filter during the oil change process and offer high quality replacements. Cabin Air Filters start at $39.99
Power steering enables drivers to steer easily while driving on the road. Over time, the additives in the power steering fluid deplete, and the fluid does not properly cool and protect the power steering components. To significantly extend the life of the power steering system, Oilstop recommends that it be serviced every 30,000 miles to maintain the system.
